retail

will
have
first
priority
in the
retail
sale,
announced
State
Treasurer
Nancy
Kopp.
Interest
earned
on these
bonds is
exempt
from
federal
taxes
for all
purchasers
and
exempt
from
state
and
local
taxes
for
Maryland
residents.
